The VOID Mountain 160
Our goal was to create a lighter, better performing and better handling bike than anything we’ve made before. The bar was set high, as the Hex and XFS are two great bikes that are hard to better. It’s early days, but the VOID looks set to become our next generation of Kingdom suspension bikes.
The Kingdom VOID is not just a new bike. For us, it’s a new way to make bikes. We are using additive manufacturing to help create better designs incorporating innovative titanium parts that previously we could only dream about.

The VOID Mountain is designed around a single-pivot platform and comes with 160mm of travel and two wheel size options, 27.5 and 29in. Its geometry is a development from our much-loved and longest-running suspension design, the Hex. The core geometry of the Hex has continuously evolved over the last 10 years — now, the VOID benefits from this experience to deliver stability at speed without any handling compromises.

It is low-slung, long and incredibly stable (click for initial ride reviews), inspiring confidence with its weight-central attacking position. Even with its 160mm of travel, the VOID Mountain offers very little pedal bob while grinding up climbs.

In 27.5 or 29er mode, the VOID Mountain can run a 150-160mm travel fork with a metric 230x60 shock.

VOID Mountain 29 - Large
Additive manufacturing has allowed us to create a new single-pivot suspension platform and a bike that would have been impossible to make using conventional fabrication techniques.

Frame features and specifications

The VOID Mountain is simplicity defined. It shares many features with the Hex3, including a tapered headtube, slimline Breezer-style dropouts and post mount brakes. We’ve added full internal cable routing through the main triangle into the swing arm and finished things off with a future proof T47 bottom bracket. The frame weighs in at just over 3.15kg without shock.

VOID 160 275 Geometry

The VOID Mountain geometry is, in effect, the next generation of the long-term, ever-developing geometry found on the Hex.

The combination of a steep seat tube angle, a relatively long effective top tube and an extended wheelbase puts the rider into a central position. This, combined with the bike’s slack head angle, creates stable and controlled handling at speed but still gives the VOID the ability to be lively and fun on tight trails and rail through corners.

VOID 160 29 Geometry

The VOID 160 Trail 29 geometry is similar to the 275 apart from a lower BB and longer chainstay all other aspects are similar.
