The VOID Trail 130
Our goal was to create a lighter, better performing and better handling bike than anything we'd made. The bar was set high, as the Hex and XFS are some great bikes to better. It's early days but the VOID looks set to become the next generation of Kingdom suspension.
The Kingdom VOID is not just a new bike. For us, it’s a new way to make bikes. We are using additive manufacturing to help create better designs incorporating innovative titanium parts that previously we could only dream about.

The VOID Trail is designed around a single-pivot platform and will come in two-wheel sizes, 27.5 and 29in. Its geometry is a development from our tried, tested and much loved XFS and Party Stripper frames. This means it inherits aggressive and playful genetics, with a steep seat angle throwing the rider’s weight forward for better handling and pedalling in the attack position. It is combined with a relatively slack head angle (but not too fashionably silly) to add stability while supplying reliable, fast trail handling.

It is low slung and incredibly stable (click for initial ride reviews) but with a playful twist that makes it feel more like a hardtail than a softly sprung sofa.

The VOID Trail can run a fork from 120-140mm travel; a metric 210x50 shock adds 130mm of rear bounce.

VOID Trail 275 - Medium
Additive manufacturing has allowed us to create a new single-pivot suspension platform and a bike that would have been impossible to make using conventional fabrication.

Frame features and specifications

The VOID Trail is simplicity defined. It shares many features with the Vendetta X3, including a straight headtube, slimline Breezer dropouts and IS tab brake mounts. We’ve added full internal cable routing through the main triangle into the swing arm and finished things off with a future proof T47 bottom bracket. Bringing the weight of this medium frame in at just over 3.05kg without shock.

VOID 130 275 Geometry

In effect, the VOID Trail geometry is the next generation of the ever-developing geometry found on the XFS and the Party Stripper.

We’re slightly reducing the effective top tube’s length to counter the extended wheelbase from steepening the seat tube. This will also help position the rider even more forward into an attacking riding position. When this is combined with the slack head angle, it creates stable and controlled handling, yet the VOID retains the ability to pop and hop obstacles with ease.

VOID 130 29 Geometry

The VOID 130 Trail 29 geometry is similar to the 275 but with a lower BB and longer chainstay all other aspects are similar.
