How long have you been riding?
I have been pedaling for more than 12 years now.How long have you been racing?
Why did you start racing?
My first competition was in 2014. I have been competing for 10 years now.
Where is your favourite trail/event and why?
There are so many favorite trails. Those of Puntala in Tuscany, or those of the house where I often travel. But probably the ones that ultimately prefer are those of Finale Ligure, especially when you race the Enduro world series!
What is your preferred style of riding, enduro, DH...and why?
I was born as an enduro rider. I really like struggling uphill before enjoying the descent. I love being out pedaling even 6/7 hours.
What is the result you are most proud of?
Probably the championship won with my Kingdom in 2021 and having raced the Enduro world series in Finale Ligure 2022 representing the Vittoria team in the race.
Is there an upgrade that particularly helps with your racing?
Probably a crown guard, but also some titanium cranks from Locked component 😂😂
Where do you see your riding going in the 2023 season?
Last year unfortunately some things didn't go as I hoped. This year I'm starting to prepare myself to make things better, always having the most fun.
Why did you choose to race on a Kingdom and not another brand?
First of all because aesthetically it is difficult to find more beautiful bikes. And then also because I felt immediate confidence right from the first descent.
It's definitely the best bike I've ridden so far.
Do you have any routines or rituals that you do before a race?
I usually check that the bike is perfect and ready to race. I have no others.
Give me one interesting fact about yourself
When I train or compete I always try to give my best. I don't always succeed, but I certainly don't try to never give up.
